We all wish we could be with our sick or recovering loved one 24/7. But the fact is we have so much going on in our own lives, and crises don’t wait for a good time to arise. Why not arrange for a trained, certified professional to visit your loved one? Our Visiting Hours program is designed to ensure nobody who wants company is left alone.
The best part? Our visitors are not ordinary passersby. They are trained and certified spiritual and emotional care professionals who will take the time to assess needs, support mind, body, and spirit, and create a plan to move forward.

Step One
Contact us to discuss your loved one’s needs and preferences for the visit.
We’ll gather information such as location, time of day, preferences, and other details to help us assign the right professional. Religion does not have to be a part of these visits. Your loved one controls the content and direction of the support.
Emergency and last-minute requests are welcome.
Step Two
Agree on the number and length of the visits, and provide a credit card to be kept on file.
The visitor will coordinate with you or whomever you designate to schedule their sessions.
Visits are normally billed in 90-minute increments which can be divided up into 1, 2, or 3 sessions.
Step Three
After the visiting program is complete, schedule a consultation with the provider and receive a report. Subject to confidentiality, caregivers and family members will be kept informed about their loved one’s progress.
Your payment method is charged and you will receive a statement.

What if my loved one is not religious?
Fewer and fewer people are identifying as religious. However, more and more are recognizing that they have emotional and spiritual needs, especially during times of illness or crisis. Our providers are experts in helping people uncover–and meet–those needs.
Won't it be awkward for someone we don't know to visit my family member?
In short, no. Our visitors are experts in breaking the ice and creating a calm, familiar atmosphere for all people.
What does this cost?
Visits are normally billed at $80/hour and a minimum of 90 minutes. Those 90 minutes can be broken up into 1, 2, or 3 sessions. So your loved one can schedule up to 3 separate visits for every package.
